Hi, I'm Mikhail.
Before founding MSA Appliance Repair in South Florida, I began my appliance repair career in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2023, where I trained and worked with two appliance repair companies.
That hands-on experience taught me that a correct diagnosis and an honest explanation matter as much as the repair itself. I value the opportunity to solve real problems and help customers get their homes or businesses running normally again.
I founded MSA Appliance Repair around careful diagnostics, fair and transparent recommendations, dependable workmanship and respectful service. Today, I personally lead MSA field service and set the diagnosis-first standards behind every service experience as the company grows.
MSA now provides residential appliance repair across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Commercial service is available across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties for qualifying equipment and jobs, subject to technician availability.

Regular technician appointments are available from 8 AM to 9 PM, with service requests taken 24/7 and after-hours emergency service subject to technician availability.
