Cleaning of accessible condenser coils and surrounding dust buildup to support proper airflow and refrigerator performance.
Available as an add-on to an existing service visit. Parts, repairs and inaccessible or model-excluded condenser assemblies are not included.Removal of accessible lint and debris from inside the dryer cabinet and around key airflow areas, with a basic visual inspection of accessible components.
Dryer vent-duct cleaning, repairs, parts and deep corrective disassembly are not included.Cleaning of an accessible residential dryer exhaust duct to remove lint buildup and improve airflow.
Roof access, inaccessible or unusually long ductwork, duct repair and replacement parts are not included.Ask your technician during the visit, or call ahead to confirm availability. Yes. Depending on the equipment and failure, our technicians can diagnose control-board faults, sealed-system and compressor-related problems, and refrigeration-system issues that may require brazing or component-level repair.

The standard diagnostic fee is $79 for residential service and $129 for commercial service. The standard diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved repair.
After-hours emergency service is available from 9 PM to 8 AM, subject to technician availability. Emergency requests must be confirmed by phone.
Yes. During an eligible service visit, MSA may provide refrigerator condenser coil cleaning for $89, dryer internal lint removal for $149 and residential dryer vent cleaning for $149, subject to equipment, access and technician availability. No additional service is performed without customer approval.
