Do you handle advanced refrigerator and wine cooler repairs?+
Yes. Depending on the equipment and failure, our technicians can diagnose control-board faults, sealed-system and compressor-related problems, and refrigeration-system issues that may require brazing or component-level repair.
Do you provide both residential and commercial appliance repair?+
Yes. We serve homes, condos, apartments, restaurants, cafés, offices, hospitality properties, salons, property managers and other businesses across our South Florida service area.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?+
Same-day appointments may be available depending on your location, technician capacity and parts needs. Call or book online to check current availability.
What is the diagnostic service call?+
The standard diagnostic fee is $79 for residential service and $129 for commercial service. The standard diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved repair.
Is emergency appliance repair available after hours?+
After-hours emergency service is available from 9 PM to 8 AM, subject to technician availability. Emergency requests must be confirmed by phone.
Do you offer preventive maintenance and cleaning?+
Yes. During an eligible service visit, MSA may provide refrigerator condenser coil cleaning for $89, dryer internal lint removal for $149 and residential dryer vent cleaning for $149, subject to equipment, access and technician availability. No additional service is performed without customer approval.
