We service qualifying commercial ice machines for restaurants, bars, cafés, offices and hospitality businesses. Same-day or urgent scheduling may be available when technician capacity allows. Electronic controls, water systems and refrigeration-related faults are diagnosed before repair recommendations are made.
Regular technician appointments are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Phone and AI assistance operate 24/7. After-hours emergency service is available from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, subject to technician availability. Emergency fees are $150 residential and $199 commercial and are not credited toward parts or repair.
