The customer in Riviera Beach contacted MSA Appliance Repair about two Milnor commercial dryers. One dryer was showing a high-limit thermostat related fault. The second dryer needed service because of accumulated lint and an additional switch problem.
Our technician performed on-site diagnostics on both machines instead of assuming the same failure was affecting each dryer.
Testing confirmed that the first dryer required replacement of the high-limit thermostat. The second dryer required replacement of a faulty switch along with internal lint cleaning.
The high-limit thermostat was replaced on the first Milnor dryer. On the second unit, the failed switch was replaced and accessible lint buildup was removed from the service area.
Both repairs were completed at the customer's location without removing the equipment from the property. The dryers were returned to service after the repair work.
