Samsung front-load washer outer tub repair

A customer in Pompano Beach contacted MSA Appliance Repair because their Samsung front-load washing machine was shaking excessively during operation and had begun leaking.
During the diagnostic inspection, our technician found that the washer's counterweight had broken free and torn through its mounting point on the front section of the plastic outer tub. The structural damage caused the washer to become severely unbalanced and allowed water to escape through the damaged area.
We disassembled the front of the washer, removed the damaged components and replaced the front outer tub assembly. The appliance was then carefully reassembled and tested for proper operation, stability and leaks.
The required part was ordered after diagnosis. The complete service was finished within three days, including parts delivery, while the hands-on repair took approximately 45 minutes.
Result: the Samsung washer was returned to stable operation without excessive shaking or water leakage.
