Start here before scheduling service.
- 01Confirm the refrigerator is level enough for doors to close normally.
- 02Look for an obvious spill or overflowing container inside the cabinet.
- 03Check whether the ice bin or water dispenser area is visibly dripping.
- 04Inspect only accessible external water-line connections for obvious moisture without loosening fittings.
Safety note
If water is near an outlet, wiring or another electrical hazard, stop using the appliance and disconnect power only if it can be done safely.
