Start here before scheduling service.
- 01Confirm the refrigerator has power and the display or interior lights respond normally.
- 02Verify the temperature setting was not changed accidentally.
- 03Make sure food containers are not blocking interior air vents.
- 04Check that the doors close fully and the gasket is not held open by debris.
- 05Note whether the freezer is cold while the fresh-food section is warm; that detail can help diagnosis.
